Chase Sinnett (Medfield, MA) finished 3-6 in the 10-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Sinnett lost 8-6 to Brandon Corbett (Rochester, NY), droppimg another game, 8-1 to John Shuster (Duluth, USA) where Sinnett responded with a 11-5 win over Jed Brundidge (St. Paul, MN). Sinnett won 8-6 against Mark Fenner (Chaska, USA). Sinnett went on to lose 6-5 against Todd Birr (Blaine, MN). Sinnett lost 6-5 to Steven Birklid (Seattle, WA) where Sinnett responded with a 7-6 win over Samuel Strouse (Midland, MI). Sinnett went on to lose 6-5 against Scott Dunnam (Dresher, PA). Sinnett lost 9-6 to Rich Ruohonen (Chaska, USA) in their final qualifying round match.

Sinnett earned 5.919 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 27 of the event schedule, Sinnett did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Sinnett ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
