In their opening game, Krupski defeated Kyle Haywood (Ituna, SK) 7-6, then went on to lose 10-4 against Jeff Hartung (Langenburg, SK). Krupski lost 8-4 to Shawn Meyer (Regina, SK) where Krupski responded with a 11-7 win over Haywood. Krupski went on to lose 7-5 against Mark Walter (Lampman, SK) in their final qualifying round match.
