Palancsa won 8-6 against Bridget Becker (Naseby, NZL), then won 8-6 against Anne Shibuya (Sao Paolo, BRZ) and 12-3 against Ling-Yue Hung (Hong Kong, HKG). Palancsa went on to lose 6-4 against Oona Kauste (Aland, FIN) in their final qualifying round match.
