Ulrik Damm (Hvidovre, DEN) finished 1-6 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Damm lost 7-2 to SooHyuk Kim (Seoul, KOR), droppimg another game, 9-2 to Jaap van Dorp (Zoetermeer, NED) where Damm responded with a 5-3 win over Ian Palangio (Sydney, AUS). Damm went on to lose 9-2 against Andrew Reed (Kent, ENG). Damm lost 8-2 to Scott Becker (Naseby, NZL). Damm lost 11-5 to Marcelo Mello (Sao Paolo, BRZ). Damm lost 13-4 to Borys Jasiecki (Sopot, POL) in their final qualifying round match.

Damm earned 0.675 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 24 of the event schedule, Damm did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Damm ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
