Trygg Jensen (Whitehorse, YK) finished 2-7 in the 13-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Jensen lost 10-2 to Tyler Tardi (Langley, BC), droppimg another game, 11-4 to Greg Blyde (St. John's, NL) where Jensen responded with a 15-3 win over Javen Komaksiutiksak (Iqaluit, NU). Jensen went on to lose 10-2 against Desmond Young (Edmonton, AB). Jensen lost 5-1 to Sam Steep (Galt, ON). Jensen lost 10-2 to Rylan Kleiter (Saskatoon, SK). Jensen lost 10-4 to Jack Smeltzer (Fredericton, NB) where Jensen responded with a 6-3 win over Sawer Kaeser (Fort Smith, NT). Jensen went on to lose 9-5 against Tyler Smith (Charlottetown, PEI) in their final qualifying round match.

Jensen earned 2.384 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 24 of the event schedule, Jensen did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Jensen ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
