To advance to the championship game, Ryan won 9-3 over Rylan Kleiter (Saskatoon, SK) in the semifinals of the 2019 New Holland Canadian Junior Mens Championship in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan;
Ryan finished 7-3 in the 13-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Ryan defeated Vincent Roberge (Levis, QC) 6-3, then won 9-2 against Sawer Kaeser (Fort Smith, NT) and 7-3 against Tyler Smith (Charlottetown, PEI). Ryan won 8-5 against Jack Smeltzer (Fredericton, NB). Ryan went on to lose 7-4 against Graeme Weagle (Chester, NS). Ryan lost 7-4 to Tanner Horgan (Sudbury, NONT) where Ryan responded with a 10-3 win over Desmond Young (Edmonton, AB). Ryan won 7-4 against Tardi. Ryan went on to lose 9-5 against Greg Blyde (St. John's, NL). Ryan responded with a 10-4 win over Kleiter in their final qualifying round match.
With their runner-up finish at the New Holland Canadian Junior Mens Championship, Ryan take home 17.483 world rankings points. For week 24 of the event schedule, Ryan did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Ryan ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
