Elizabeth Cousins (Medfield, MA) finished 3-4 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Cousins lost 8-7 to Annmarie Dubberstein (Portage, WI), droppimg another game, 11-8 to Mackenzie Page (Burnsville, MN). Cousins lost 10-9 to Cait Flannery (Mankato, MN) where Cousins responded with a 10-9 win over Suzanna Viau (Plover, WI). Cousins won 10-5 against Samantha Jones (Endeavor, WI), then won 10-9 against Abbey Kitchens (Devils Lake, ND). Cousins went on to lose 7-6 against Ariel Traxler (Fairbanks, AK) in their final qualifying round match.

Cousins earned 2.886 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 23 of the event schedule, Cousins did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Cousins ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
