Mike Armstrong (Regina, SK) qualified for the 2019 Saskatchewan Tour Championship playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 7-2 against Bruce Korte (Saskatoon, SK). of the 2019 Saskatchewan Tour Championship in Swift Current, Saskatchewan;

Armstrong finished 3-2 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Armstrong defeated Tyson Armstrong (Lashburn, SK) 5-2, then went on to lose 6-4 against Korte. Armstrong responded with a 8-7 win over Michael Carss (Saskatoon, SK). Armstrong went on to lose 9-1 against Ryan Deis (Fox Valley, SK). Armstrong responded with a 10-9 win over Carson Ackerman (Saskatoon, SK) in their final qualifying round match.

Armstrong earned 7.255 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the Saskatchewan Tour Championship, moving up 22 spots the World Ranking Standings into 132nd place overall with 29.599 total points. Armstrong ranks 126th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 27.105 points earned so far this season.
