Ava Plett (Carstairs, AB) lost 5-3 to Cheldynn Molnar (Calgary, AB) in the Final of the Red Deer Servus U18 Women, held January 4 - 6, 2019 in Red Deer, Alberta. To advance to the championship game, Plett won 8-7 over Subasthika Thangadurai (Calgary, AB) in the semifinals of the 2019 Red Deer Servus U18 Women in Red Deer, Alberta; and won 9-6 over Kaylee Raniseth (Delburne, AB) in the quarterfinals.
 
Plett finished 3-0 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Plett defeated Raniseth 10-8, then won 11-1 against Haley O'Connor (Red Deer, AB) and 5-1 against Molnar in their final qualifying round match.
