Erik Colwell (Vernon, BC) lost 9-2 to Tyler Tardi (Langley, BC) in the Final of the BC Junior Mens Provincial Championship, held December 27 - January 1, 2019 in Vernon, British Columbia. To advance to the championship game, Colwell won 7-6 over Hayato Sato (New Westminster, BC) in the semifinals of the 2019 BC Junior Mens Provincial Championship in Vernon, British Columbia;
 
Colwell finished 5-2 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Colwell defeated Tardi 7-6, then won 9-8 against Matthew McCrady (New Westminster, BC) and 7-5 against Duncan Silversides (Victoria, BC). Colwell went on to lose 6-5 against Jackson Marshall (Duncan, BC). Colwell lost 8-6 to Sato where Colwell responded with a 8-7 win over Bryan Yamada (Kamloops, BC). Colwell won 9-5 against Nicholas Umbach (Langley, BC) in their final qualifying round match.
 
. For week 21 of the event schedule, Colwell did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Colwell ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
