In their opening game, Fujisawa defeated Tahli Gill (Brisbane, AUS) 20-0, then won 13-3 against Sitora Alliyarova (Almaty, KAZ) and 12-2 against Ling-Yue Hung (Hong Kong, HKG). Fujisawa won 19-1 against Mubarkah Al-Abdulla (Doha, QAT), then won 8-7 against Sijia Liu (Harbin, CHN) and 7-4 against Min Ji Kim (Chuncheon City, KOR) in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the Pacific-Asia Curling Championships, Fujisawa take home 15.362 world rankings points. Fujisawa gained 6.507 points improving upon their best 5 events, though dropped 1 spots on the World Ranking Standings into 9thplace overall with 303.326 total points.
