Therese Westman/Robin Ahlberg (Stockholm, SWE) is set to play Alina Biktimirova/Timur Gadzhikhanov (Moscow, RUS) in the Final of the Gothenburg Mixed Doubles Cup, held December 28 - 30, 2018 in Gothenburg, Sweden. To advance to the championship game, Westman/Ahlberg won 11-9 over Aleksandra Bylina/Karol Nowakowski (Krakow, POL) in the semifinals of the 2018 Gothenburg Mixed Doubles Cup in Gothenburg, Sweden; and won 10-6 over Marie Turmann/Harri Lill (Tallinn, EST) in the quarterfinals.
 
Westman/Ahlberg finished 2-1 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Westman/Ahlberg defeated Akvile Rykove/Konstantin Rykov (Vilnius, LTU) 12-7, then won 7-4 against Bylina/Nowakowski. Westman/Ahlberg went on to lose 7-6 against Turmann/Lill in their final qualifying round match.
