Timofeev finished 2-2 in the 10-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Timofeev lost 8-6 to Marc Pfister (Adelboden, SUI), then responded with a 6-5 win over Scott Dunnam (Philadelphia, PA). Timofeev went on to lose 10-5 against Glukhov. Timofeev responded with a 5-3 win over German Doronin (Moscow, RUS) in their final qualifying round match.
. For week 25 of the event schedule, Timofeev did not improve upon their best events, dropping from 57th to 59th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with 70.111 total points. Timofeev ranks 55th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 68.406 points earned so far this season.
