Silvana Tirinzoni (Aarau, SUI) finished 4-2 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Tirinzoni defeated Anna Sidorova (Moscow, RUS) 6-4, then won 6-2 against Anna Hasselborg (Sundbyberg, SWE) and 8-4 against Min Ji Kim (chuncheon city, KOR). Tirinzoni won 7-5 against Sidorova. Tirinzoni went on to lose 7-5 against Hasselborg. Tirinzoni lost 7-6 to Kim in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the Curling World Cup Grand Final, Tirinzoni take home 46.608 world rankings points along with the $35,013CDN prize, remaining in 4th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with a net gain of 3.893 after improving upon their best so far this season. Tirinzoni ranks 4th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 475.537 points earned so far this season.
