Yilun Jiang (Harbin, CHN) finished 3-3 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Jiang defeated Anna Sidorova (Moscow, RUS) 8-6, then went on to lose 8-4 against Anna Hasselborg (Sundbyberg, SWE). Jiang responded with a 6-5 win over Darcy Robertson (Winnipeg, MB). Jiang went on to lose 5-4 against Sidorova. Jiang lost 6-2 to Hasselborg where Jiang responded with a 8-4 win over Robertson in their final qualifying round match.

Jiang earned 7.095 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins, remaining in 30th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with a net gain of 5.101 after improving upon their best so far this season. Jiang ranks 26th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 134.910 points earned so far this season.
