For winning the CurlON Men's Cash Spiel - Leaside Championship title, Balsdon earned 20.348 world rankings points along with the $2,800CDN first prize cheque, moving up 27 spots the World Ranking Standings into 72nd place overall with 60.754 total points. Balsdon ranks 100th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 34.446 points earned so far this season.
