Mackenzie Kiemele (Guelph, ON) lost 6-4 to Siyu Han (Changchun, CHN) in the Final of the KW U21 Womens Classic, held November 2 - 4, 2018 in Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario. To advance to the championship game, Kiemele won 6-5 over Thea Coburn (Dundas, ON) in the semifinals of the KW U21 Womens Classic in Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario;
 
Kiemele finished 5-0 in the 24-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Kiemele defeated Hannah Don (Oshawa, ON) 10-2, then won 8-1 against Kayla Gray (Perth, ON) and 9-6 against Rachel Steele (Port Perry, ON). Kiemele won 8-6 against Yu Han (Harbin, CHN), then won 7-1 against Quinn Walsh (Toronto, ON) in their final qualifying round match.
