Barry finished 3-2 in the 12-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Barry lost 9-2 to Dean Joanisse (Maple Ridge, BC), then responded with a 7-6 win over Tyler Klymchuk (New Westminster, BC). Barry went on to lose 5-3 against Matthew Blandford (Victoria, BC). Barry responded with a 7-4 win over Tyler Tardi (Langley, BC). Barry won 9-3 against Blandford in their final qualifying round match.
Barry earned 10.041 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the BC Mens Curling Championship, moving up 7 spots the World Ranking Standings into 65th place overall with 65.261 total points. Barry ranks 66th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 61.092 points earned so far this season.
