Tracy Fleury (Winnipeg, MB) lost 8-4 to Rachel Homan (Ottawa, ON) in the Final of the GSOC Tour Challenge Tier 1, held November 6 - 11, 2018 in Thunder Bay, Ontario. To advance to the championship game, Fleury won 6-3 over Kerri Einarson (Winnipeg, MB) in the semifinals   of the 2018 GSOC Tour Challenge Tier 1 in Thunder Bay, Ontario; and won 6-3 over Darcy Robertson (Winnipeg, MB) in the quarterfinals.  of the 2018 GSOC Tour Challenge Tier 1 in Thunder Bay, Ontario; 
 
Fleury finished 4-0 in the 15-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Fleury defeated Laura Walker (Edmonton, AB) 8-3, then won 5-3 against Casey Scheidegger (Lethbridge, AB) and 5-3 against Krista McCarville (Thunder Bay, NONT). Fleury won 11-2 against Robertson in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the GSOC Tour Challenge Tier 1, Fleury take home 56.691 world rankings points along with the $15,000CDN prize, remaining in 5th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with a net gain of 48.603 after improving upon their best so far this season. Fleury ranks 7th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 160.296 points earned so far this season.
