Mackenzie Kiemele (Niagara Falls, ON) lost 6-4 to Sierra Sutherland (Ottawa, ON) in the Final of the OJCT U21 Championship Invitational, held April 27 - 29, 2018 at the Leaside Curling Club in Toronto, Canada.
 
Kiemele finished 2-0 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Kiemele defeated Emma Wallingford (Ottawa, ON) 5-3, then won 8-5 against Breanna Rozon (Toronton, ON) in their final qualifying round match.
