Nix won 9-3 against Rebecca Roberts (St. John's, NL). Nix went on to lose 5-4 against Corryn Brown (Kamloops, BC) in their final qualifying round match.

Nix earned 2.475 world rankings points for their Top 4 finish in the USports Women's Curling Championship, moving up 31 spots the World Ranking Standings into 240th place overall with 3.391 total points.
