Ishiyama lost 7-4 to Tori Koana (Yamanashi, JPN) where Ishiyama responded with a 8-2 win over Momoka Iwase (Hokkaido, JPN). Ishiyama went on to lose 7-5 against Miori Nakamura (Aomori, JPN). Ishiyama responded with a 8-3 win over Miwako Tatsudan (Hiroshima, JPN). Ishiyama won 6-4 against Akemi Fujii (Nayoro, JPN) in their final qualifying round match.

Ishiyama earned 1.817 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins, moving up 63 spots the World Ranking Standings into 254th place overall with 1.817 total points. Ishiyama ranks 217th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 1.817 points earned so far this season.
