Isabella Wrana (Sundbyberg , SWE) won 10-4 over Anette Norberg (Uppsala, SWE) in the Final Wrana advanced directly to the championship game after finishing first in the preliminary round. of the Swedish National Championship, held March 22 - 26, 2018 in Skelleftea, Sweden.

Wrana finished 3-0 in the 4-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Wrana defeated Norberg 6-5, then won 8-1 against Cecilia Fransson (Skelleftea, SWE) and 6-2 against Tova Sundberg (Ostersund, SWE) in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the Swedish National Championship Championship title, Wrana earned 10.973 world rankings points, remaining in 29th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with a net gain of 7.168 after improving upon their best so far this season. Wrana ranks 24th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 133.132 points earned so far this season.
