Tova Sundberg (Ostersund, SWE) run at the 2018 Swedish National Championship came to an end in the semifinals with a 9-4 loss to Anette Norberg (Uppsala, SWE). of the 2018 Swedish National Championship in Skelleftea, Sweden;

Sundberg finished 1-2 in the 4-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Sundberg defeated Cecilia Fransson (Skelleftea, SWE) 8-0, then went on to lose 7-4 against Norberg. Sundberg lost 6-2 to Isabella Wrana (Sundbyberg , SWE) in their final qualifying round match.

Sundberg earned 0.392 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 33 of the event schedule, Sundberg did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Sundberg ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
