In their opening game, Prodaniuk defeated Georgia Doonanco (Bonnyville, AB) 7-5, then went on to lose 6-5 against Draidyn Gibb (Wainwright, AB). Prodaniuk responded with a 12-3 win over Susan Quan (Lethbridge, AB). Prodaniuk won 9-1 against Adrianna Miller (Acme, AB) in their final qualifying round match.
