Connie Bothwell (Fredericton, NB) run at the 2018 New Brunswick Masters Womens Championship came to an end in the semifinals with a 8-5 loss to Nancy Steele (Carleton, NB).
 
Bothwell finished 5-1 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Bothwell defeated Frances Meehan (Saint John, NB) 7-6, then won 7-6 against Steele. Bothwell went on to lose 10-4 against Paulette Girvan (Rexton, NB). Bothwell responded with a 8-6 win over Debbie MacLoon-Agnew (Fredericton, NB). Bothwell won 5-4 against Maureen McMaster (Moncton, NB), then won 10-2 against Marlene Vaughan (Saint John, NB) in their final qualifying round match.
