Greg Skauge (Yellowknife, NT) finished 2-3 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Skauge defeated Nick Saturnino (Inuvik, NT) 8-5, then went on to lose 7-6 against Stephen Moss (Yellowknife, NT). Skauge lost 11-3 to Glen Hudy (Yellowknife, NT) where Skauge responded with a 9-1 win over Justin Pascal (Inuvik, NT). Skauge went on to lose 5-4 against Saturnino in their final qualifying round match.

Skauge earned 0.338 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins, moving up 121 spots the World Ranking Standings into 583rd place overall with 0.338 total points. Skauge ranks 495th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 0.338 points earned so far this season.
