Mihhail Vlassov (Tallinn, EST) lost 8-5 to Harri Lill (Tallinn, EST) in the Final of the Estonian National Mens Curling Championship, held January 25 - 28, 2018 in Tallinn, Estonia. To advance to the championship game, Vlassov won 8-7 over Erkki Lill (Tallinn, EST) in the semifinals of the 2018 Estonian National Mens Curling Championship in Tallinn, Estonia;

Vlassov finished 3-3 in the 4-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Vlassov defeated Lill 6-4, then won 8-7 against Margus Tubalkain (Tallinn, EST). Vlassov went on to lose 9-4 against Lill. Vlassov lost 9-5 to Lill where Vlassov responded with a 7-3 win over Tubalkain. Vlassov went on to lose 7-1 against Lill in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the Estonian National Mens Curling Championship, Vlassov take home 3.135 world rankings points. For week 25 of the event schedule, Vlassov did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Vlassov ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
