Keith Stauber (Duluth, MN) finished 1-3 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Stauber lost 6-2 to Kent Beadle (Hudson, WI), droppimg another game, 8-6 to Gert Messing (Ballston Lake, NY) where Stauber responded with a 8-6 win over Dale Gibbs (Woodbury, MN). Stauber went on to lose 10-4 against Bob Leclair (Goodyear, AZ) in their final qualifying round match.
