Todd Ussatis (Bismarck, ND) finished 2-3 in the 12-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Ussatis lost 10-5 to Darryl Sobering (Broomfield, CO), droppimg another game, 10-5 to Kroy Nernberger (Madison, WI) where Ussatis responded with a 8-5 win over Willie Wilberg (Stevens Point, WI). Ussatis won 8-7 against Sean Murray (St. Paul, MN). Ussatis went on to lose 7-1 against Andrew Stopera (Evanston, IL) in their final qualifying round match.

Ussatis earned 0.831 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins, moving up 223 spots the World Ranking Standings into 490th place overall with 0.831 total points. Ussatis ranks 362nd overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 0.831 points earned so far this season.
