In their opening game, Moore lost 6-2 to Sean Murray (St. Paul, MN), then responded with a 4-3 win over Willie Wilberg (Stevens Point, WI). Moore went on to lose 10-3 against Kroy Nernberger (Madison, WI). Moore responded with a 10-7 win over Brandon Corbett (Rochester, NY). Moore went on to lose 8-6 against Tucker Smith (Bismarck, ND) in their final qualifying round match.

Moore earned 0.831 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins, moving up 42 spots the World Ranking Standings into 431st place overall with 1.821 total points. Moore ranks 329th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 1.330 points earned so far this season.
