Emma Wallingford (Ottawa, ON) run at the 2017 U21 Nautius Slam came to an end in the semifinals with a 6-2 loss to Kaitlyn Jones (Halifax, NS). of the 2017 U21 Nautius Slam in Halifax, Nova Scotia; Wallingford advanced through the quarterfinals with a 6-1 win over Cally Moore (Halifax, NS).
 
Wallingford finished 4-0 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Wallingford defeated Moore 10-3, then won 5-2 against Calissa Daly (Halifax, NS) and 7-2 against Jones. Wallingford won 7-2 against Kaylee Nodding (Bridgewater, NS) in their final qualifying round match.
