In their opening game, McCarville defeated Tracy Fleury (Sudbury, NONT) 7-4, then won 5-3 against Bella Croisier (Sudbury, NONT). McCarville went on to lose 9-4 against Fleury. McCarville responded with a 7-2 win over Croisier in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the Northern Ontario Scotties, McCarville take home 4.868 world rankings points. For week 23 of the event schedule, McCarville did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points.
