Fleming lost 10-2 to Binia Feltscher (Flims, SUI) where Fleming responded with a 8-5 win over Daniela Jentsch (Fuessen, GER). Fleming went on to lose 8-6 against Jennifer Jones (Winnipeg, CAN). Fleming responded with a 10-7 win over Tori Koana (Yamanashi, JPN). Fleming won 8-7 against Yilun Jiang (Harbin, CHN). Fleming went on to lose 8-7 against Angelina Jensen (Hvidovre, DEN). Fleming responded with a 8-5 win over Anna Hasselborg (Stockholm, SWE). Fleming won 6-5 against EunJung Kim (Uiseong, KOR) in their final qualifying round match.

Fleming earned 12.636 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. Fleming gained 10.66 points improving upon their best events, though dropped 1 spots on the World Ranking Standings into 26thplace overall with 294.642 total points.
