Jiang won 10-9 against Angelina Jensen (Hvidovre, DEN), then won 7-6 against Daniela Jentsch (Fuessen, GER) in their final qualifying round match.
Jiang earned 15.163 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins, moving up 21 spots the World Ranking Standings into 115th place overall with 39.034 total points. Jiang ranks 80th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 39.034 points earned so far this season.
