Sinclair responded with a 8-4 win over Yilun Jiang (Harbin, CHN). Sinclair won 6-0 against Angelina Jensen (Hvidovre, DEN), then won 7-5 against Daniela Jentsch (Fuessen, GER). Sinclair went on to lose 8-6 against Anna Kubeskova (Prague, CZE). Sinclair lost 8-5 to Jones in their final qualifying round match.
