To advance to the championship game, Kleibrink won 7-6 over Chelsea Carey (Calgary, AB) in the semifinals of the 2018 Jiffy Lube Alberta Scotties in Medicine Hat, Alberta, Canada;

Kleibrink finished 5-2 in the 12-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Kleibrink defeated Delia DeJong (Sexsmith, AB) 10-8, then won 6-4 against Laura Crocker (Edmonton, AB). Kleibrink went on to lose 7-5 against Carey. Kleibrink responded with a 9-8 win over Nadine Scotland (Calgary, AB). Kleibrink went on to lose 5-4 against Scheidegger. Kleibrink responded with a 6-2 win over Marla Sherrer (Lacombe, AB). Kleibrink won 10-6 against DeJong in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the Jiffy Lube Alberta Scotties, Kleibrink take home 26.276 world rankings points, moving up 5 spots the World Ranking Standings into 30th place overall with 221.598 total points.
