In their opening game, Scheidegger defeated Hollie Duncan (Toronto, ON) 6-5, then won 8-6 against Robyn MacPhee (Charlottetown, PEI) and 10-6 against Michelle Englot (Winnipeg, CAN). Scheidegger went on to lose 9-5 against Stacie Curtis (St. John's, NL). Scheidegger responded with a 11-4 win over Amie Shackleton (Iqaluit, NU). Scheidegger won 11-1 against Kesa Van Osch (Nanaimo, BC), then won 9-2 against Emilia Gagne (Alma, QC) and 8-4 against Tracy Fleury (Sudbury, NONT). Scheidegger went on to lose 8-3 against Mary-Anne Arsenault (Dartmouth, NS). Scheidegger lost 6-2 to Jennifer Jones (Winnipeg, MB). Scheidegger lost 6-4 to Kerri Einarson (Winnipeg, MB) in their final qualifying round match.
