Bruce finished 4-0 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Bruce defeated Blyde 6-3, then won 10-1 against Joel Krats (Gander, NL) and 8-3 against Evan McDonah (St. John's, NL). Bruce won 8-2 against Nathan Young (St. John's, NL) in their final qualifying round match.
