Riley Fenson (Bemidji, MN) needed a tiebreaker to advance to the playoffs, Fenson finished 3-1 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Fenson defeated Jack Clasen (Roseville, MN) 8-6, then won 12-3 against Connal Murphy (Bismarck, ND). Fenson went on to lose 9-8 against Kevin Tuma (St. Paul, MN). Fenson responded with a 6-3 win over Timothy Hodek (Fairdale, ND) in their final qualifying round match.
