Diana Gaspari (Cortina d'Ampezzo, ITA) finished 5-4 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Gaspari defeated Anna Kubeskova (Prague, CZE) 6-3, then won 9-6 against Dilsat Yildiz (Erzurum, TUR) and 9-8 against Anna Sidorova (Moscow, RUS). Gaspari went on to lose 8-1 against Eve Muirhead (Perth , SCO). Gaspari responded with a 8-5 win over Dorottya Palancsa (Budapest, HUN). Gaspari went on to lose 9-6 against Silvana Tirinzoni (Aarau, SUI). Gaspari lost 9-4 to Daniela Jentsch (Fï¿½ssen, GER) where Gaspari responded with a 6-5 win over Madeleine Dupont (Hvidovre, DEN). Gaspari went on to lose 9-2 against Anna Hasselborg (Sundbyberg, SWE) in their final qualifying round match.

Gaspari earned 36.374 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the Le Gruyere European Curling Championships, moving up 56 spots the World Ranking Standings into 83rd place overall with 53.908 total points. Gaspari ranks 53rd overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 45.878 points earned so far this season.
