Sundberg lost 5-4 to Rebecka Thunman (Uppsala, SWE) where Sundberg responded with a 6-4 win over Sofia Gustafsson (Gavle, SWE). Sundberg won 10-5 against Ahlstrom, then won 6-5 against Fransson. Sundberg went on to lose 5-4 against Wrana. Sundberg lost 9-6 to Norberg. Sundberg lost 7-3 to Thunman where Sundberg responded with a 8-1 win over Gustafsson. Sundberg went on to lose 4-3 against Moberg in their final qualifying round match.

Sundberg earned 2.494 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 25 of the event schedule, Sundberg did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Sundberg ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
