Satsuki Fujisawa (Kitami, JPN) finished 6-4 in the 6-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Fujisawa lost 8-5 to EunJung Kim (Uiseong, KOR), droppimg another game, 5-3 to Yilun Jiang (Harbin, CHN) where Fujisawa responded with a 11-2 win over Bridget Becker (Naseby, NZL). Fujisawa won 11-3 against Hong Kong's Ling-Yue Hung, then won 8-2 against Helen Williams (Sydney, AUS). Fujisawa went on to lose 9-4 against Jiang. Fujisawa lost 9-4 to Kim where Fujisawa responded with a 15-1 win over Hong Kong's Ling-Yue Hung. Fujisawa won 10-4 against Becker, then won 8-2 against Williams in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the Pacific-Asia Curling Championship, Fujisawa take home 12.540 world rankings points. Fujisawa move up 2 spots after posting a net gain of 11.512 points improving upon their best results so far this season, ranking 26th overall with 219.408 total points on the World Ranking Standings.
