Satsuki Fujisawa (Kitami, JPN) finished 6-4 in the 6-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Fujisawa lost 8-5 to EunJung Kim (Uiseong, KOR), droppimg another game, 5-3 to Yilun Jiang (Harbin, CHN) where Fujisawa responded with a 11-2 win over Bridget Becker (Naseby, NZL). Fujisawa won 11-3 against Hong Kong's Ling-Yue Hung, then won 8-2 against Helen Williams (Sydney, AUS). Fujisawa went on to lose 9-4 against Jiang. Fujisawa lost 9-4 to Kim where Fujisawa responded with a 15-1 win over Hong Kong's Ling-Yue Hung. Fujisawa won 10-4 against Becker, then won 8-2 against Williams in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the Pacific-Asia Curling Championship, Fujisawa take home 12.540 world rankings points. Fujisawa move up 2 spots after posting a net gain of 11.512 points improving upon their best results so far this season, ranking 26th overall with 219.408 total points on the World Ranking Standings. Fujisawa ranks 21st overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 102.213 points earned so far this season.
