Rae Ann Williamson (Weyburn, SK) qualified for the 2017 Highland SWCT Event playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 4-3 against Candace Chisholm (Weyburn, SK). of the 2017 Highland SWCT Event in Regina, Saskatchewan;

Williamson finished 2-1 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Williamson defeated Kimberly Osemlak (Saskatoon, SK) 6-2, then won 10-3 against Danette Tracey (Weyburn, SK). Williamson went on to lose 7-3 against Chantelle Eberle (Regina, SK) in their final qualifying round match.
