Marie Turmann (Tallinn, EST) finished 4-3 in the 10-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Turmann lost 6-3 to Lisa Farnell (Kent, ENG), then responded with a 7-6 win over Dilsat Yildiz (Erzurum, TUR). Turmann went on to lose 6-3 against Kristin Moen Skaslien (Oslo, NOR). Turmann responded with a 9-5 win over Ajda Zavrtanik Drglin (Jesenice, SLO). Turmann went on to lose 5-3 against Dorottya Palancsa (Budapest, HUN). Turmann responded with a 5-4 win over Virginija Paulauskaite (Vilnius, LTU). Turmann won 6-5 against Oihane Otaegi (San Sebastian, ESP) in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the Le Gruyere AOP European B Curling Championships, Turmann take home 15.283 world rankings points, moving up 48 spots the World Ranking Standings into 128th place overall with 24.126 total points. Turmann ranks 119th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 16.210 points earned so far this season.
