Bertolo won 6-4 against Olivia Lupsa (Kitchener-Waterloo, ON). Bertolo went on to lose 6-1 against Landan Rooney (Mississauga, ON). Bertolo responded with a 6-5 win over Jenny Madden (Manotick, ON) in their final qualifying round match.
