Jesse Monette (Vernon, BC) run at the 2017 Anita Cochrane Memorial Junior Men came to an end in the semifinals with a 1-0 loss to Tyler Tardi (Langley, BC).
 
Monette finished 3-1 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Monette defeated Brenin Moore (Langley, BC) 6-3, then won 8-1 against Cody Chamberlin (Campbell River, BC) and 12-2 against Mitchell Kopytko (Kamloops, BC). Monette went on to lose 1-0 against Matthew McCrady (New Westminster, BC) in their final qualifying round match.
