Codey Maus (London, ON) run at the 2018 Dairy Farmers of Ontario Tankard came to an end in the semifinals with a 6-4 loss to John Epping (Toronto, ON). of the 2018 Dairy Farmers of Ontario Tankard in Huntsville, Ontario;

Maus finished 4-2 in the 12-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Maus lost 10-7 to Mark Bice (Sarnia, ON), then responded with a 10-6 win over Wayne Tuck Jr. (Brantford, ON). Maus went on to lose 7-4 against Mark Kean (Woodstock, ON). Maus responded with a 7-2 win over Mike McLean (Ottawa, ON). Maus won 7-6 against Greg Balsdon (Kingston, ON), then won 7-5 against Kean in their final qualifying round match.

Maus earned 17.999 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the Dairy Farmers of Ontario Tankard. Maus move up 2 spots after posting a net gain of 14.821 points improving upon their best results so far this season, ranking 30th overall with 226.589 total points on the World Ranking Standings. Maus ranks 20th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 143.419 points earned so far this season.
