Greg Drummond (Stirling, SCO) qualified for the 2018 German Masters playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 6-1 against Marc Pfister (Adelboden, SUI). of the 2018 German Masters in Hamburg, Germany;

Drummond finished 4-0 in the 20-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Drummond defeated Andrin Schnider (St. Gallen, SUI) 5-3, then won 5-1 against Steffen Walstad (Oppdal, NOR) and 7-1 against Bjorn Jungen (Adelboden, SUI). Drummond won 7-1 against Christian Bangerter (Bern, SUI) in their final qualifying round match.

Drummond earned 13.624 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the German Masters, remaining in 24th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with 281.653 total points. Drummond ranks 19th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 146.606 points earned so far this season.
