To advance to the championship game, Van Osch won 9-5 over Corryn Brown (Kamloops, BC) in the semifinals of the 2017 King Cash Spiel in Maple Ridge, British Columbia, Canada;
 
Van Osch finished 3-2 in the 11-team qualifying round. . , then went on to lose 5-3 against Wark in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the King Cash Spiel, Van Osch take home 16.300 world rankings points along with the $2,500CDN prize, moving up 13 spots the World Ranking Standings into 64th place overall with 48.893 total points. Van Osch ranks 36th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 16.300 points earned so far this season.
